TRUST, Follow, and LISTEN
Waddup world…a couple days ago i posted the verse and wanted to get deeper into it.
“For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future’” -Jeremiah 29:11…..
This verse really speaks to me and enlights me. Trusting Him and knowing that he has a plan gives me the confidence that im going to be good. When I wasn’t following Him i was lost. I kept worrying about my future and how to be successful. I was STRESSED OUT! But ever since i brought God back in my life I learned to trust Him again and not worry beacuse i know He has a PLAN for me….I honestly do not know what God has in store for me. I m having Him lead the way. Its like that song by lecrae- backround (if you dont know it check it out on youtube). Its like im in band, Gods the lead singer and im just playing an instrument in the backround. Im just gonna keep playing my instrument. If he wants me to repeat the chorus ima play it back. If he wants me to take the note A LEVEL HIGHER then will….Its his lead n im just going with the flow and having him speak to me. Right now all these things with my personal training is really starting to rise up…Funny thing is I didnt ask for any of these things….But also im not sure if this is what God wants….If he leads me to another direction i will drop it n move to whatever He directs me too…but for now, Ive been offered a job at 24 hour fitness without even really trying to get the job. I also been asked to Run a bootcamp in this Jiu Jitsu schoo. On top of that, i have all these people asking for training on the side…I thank God for the the blessings He has given me….When you give God full control who knows whats going to happen…But whatever He wants me to do, i knows its something Hes gonnna use me in for His glory…TRUST GOD and DONT TRIP….Just gotta make sure this doesnt take over your number 1 priority which should be GOD n not worry….and thats when another verse i posted takes in play…

Wassup yall! Today was a chill day. I got text from Ray Arde today and were bout have a session next sat at 11am. Im juiced for it! First time getting tips and learning from a pro bodybuilder. i went to sf to train my client brian. We had a good bicep and tricep workout. After we trained i went straight home because i was training my new client ABBY! hah! im really excited for her….Her feed back bout the session was sick too! Now she knows wassup bout how working out give u a high and its like a drug lol….Right after i trained her i trained claire. She trained biceps and triceps as well. After her session, i went straight to training april and chai…i WAS BEAT! but i ended up still going to the gym and i did some legs…As soon as we left the gym i decided to go bowling with my auntie (sister) april my brother arman and his gf trinh…it was pretty fun. First time bowling and a really long time….but like it matters cause im really bad at it! hah…and now im here im updating my tumblr….it was a chill day and now im beat!

Not eating or eating just 1 meal a day DOES NOT MAKE YOU LOSE FAT
When people think of about losing weight, people think the best way to do it is to eat once a day! WRONG! It is important that you eat 5 to 6 meals a day. When i say this the first thing people say is “are you crazy?! Thats alot!” Okay im not saying go out to chevys and eat 6 mixed grills a day! im talking SMALL PORTIONS! Breakfast snack Lunch snack dinner and snack. Eating 5 to 6 meals every 2 to 3 hours SPEED UP YOU METABOLism because your body is constantly burning. When you just one meal a day and dont eat anything else for the rest of the day your end up SLOWING DOWN YOUR METABOLISM….Dont be scared to EAT! just remember to eat clean and workout consistantly….
